The Lok Jan Shakti Party Propose that in the context of country's Social and Economic situation Reservation should be given to Scheduled Caste Scheduled Tribes in the Private Sector as it is given in Government jobs and public sector undertakings, so they can get representation in all sphere of life in the changing economic world.

The Party propose Creation of the All India Judicial Services on the model of IAS, IFS and IPS and Reservation should be given in the Judicial Services to the SC's/ST's and Other backward communities as per Constitutional provisions.

The Party demand's Reservation for the Minorities, Dalit Muslims and Dalit Christians according to the article 341 of the Constitution. Party also demand 10 % Reservation for the economically backward classes of the Upper Castes in Central Services.

The Lok Jan Shakti Party also propose that Right to Education and Employment should be included in the Fundamental Rights of the Indian Constitution.

The Party demands Central Government to take appropriate action to tackle the problem of illegal Bangladeshi immigrants and All the Bangladeshi immigrants living in the country should be given legal Indian Citizenship from 31st August or any other cut of date fixed by Indian Government in the future. After this all the illegal immigrants incursions should be banned and all the trans-border infiltration should be stopped at the border with adequate defense mechanism at the borders.

The Party opposes tooth and nail to target a particular class or community in the name of Terrorism by some political parties and condemned all those who spread Terrorism and demand that this menace of Terrorism should be stopped immediately.

The Lok Jan Shakti Party is committed to the Unity and Integrity of the country and proposes to setup an Independent Commission to identify persons and organizations responsible for the promotion of communal hatred and Terrorism and challenging the National Unity. The Party propose that known Social scientist and Human Rights Activists should be nominate in this commission so that they can perform their duty without any Political bias.

The Party of the view that India should have more friendly and cordial relations with country like Iraq, Iran and Palestine and strongly advocate freedom and National Sovereignty of these countries. While the Party is in favour of Nuclear deal with US and of the opinion that Indo-US Nuclear deal is in National interest and will cater India's Energy needs, its also in favour of gas pipeline project with Iran.

The Party is of firm view that this agreement is on equal footings and not against any particular class. The Party is convinced that after this agreement India will be member of that Nuclear Club of which it was excluded. After this agreement India will not only get Nuclear Technology but also it would be able to participate in the nuclear industry.

The Party also believes that after this agreement India will get latest Nuclear Technology and would develop its integrated Nuclear Development System. Needless to say that India is always committed for the peaceful use of Nuclear Power.

The Party is in favour of peaceful use of Nuclear energy Non-proliferation of Nuclear Arms but at the same time Party is of firm view that all the poor and third world countries should be provided Nuclear Technology so they can also accelerate their economic development.

The Party condemned attacks on Christians in Orissa by RSS and its family members in strong words. These attacks are shameful and against National integration.

The Lok Jan Shakti Party announce that Party will host its next National Training Camp on 28,29 and 30th August 2010 and the venue of this camp will be decided later.
