On Ayodhya issue Central Government should clarify its stand
Lok Janshakti Party reiterates its stand on the Allahabad High Court verdict in the Ayoudhya dispute case and demand that the Government of India should immediately seek the Supreme Court opinion in this matter.
We believe that the Allahabad High Court verdict has raised serious issues putting “AASTHA” (faith) over and above law of the land. Therefore, in our opinion, the matter needs final verdict from the Supreme Court.
Lok Janshakti Party also believes that if the matter is not referred to the Supreme Court, the Sangh Parivar will surely celebrate it as its victory. The BJP President, Shri Nitin Gadkari, has already declared that the piece of land given to the Sunni Wakf Board by the Allahabad High Court should not be used for constructing a mosque. The complete loss of Babri Mosque after its destruction would be a psychological blow to the community of Indian Muslims. It will crush the minority community will power to stand up in future for their rights. We, therefore, demand from the Government of India to clarify its stand on the Allahabad High Court verdict in the Ayodhya dispute immediately and refer the matter to the Supreme Court for its final verdict.
