The Lok Janshakti Party President Shri Ram Vilas Paswan, in a press release today appealed  to all political parities, Govt. organizations and media to refrain from using the terminology of Islamic terrorists, Jehadi terrorists, or Hindu terrorists in the context of any terrorist activities.

He reminded the Bhartiya Janta Party that till recently they have been using terms like Islamic and Jehadi terrorists whenever the names of accused were of muslim in acts of terrors and therefore it was strange to see their reaction on the usage of “Saffron Terror” by the Home Minister in the context of terrorists activities at Meca Masjid, Ajmer Sharif, Male Gaon, etc. where individuals and organization involved were Hindus or Sangh Pariwar affiliates.

He stated that in order to serve larger interest of the national integration and promoting the cause of national harmony and peace it is necessary that all responsible leaders of the political parties, senior journalist and media should exercised discretion and restrain in articulating their views on acts of terror.  Terrorists have no religion they are enemies of the society and man kind.  All their acts should be condemned and the guilty dealt with firmly without any leniency regardless of there affiliation with any religion or any organization
